I’m at the brick and mortar shop but the front doors are locked; how do I get in?

Use the code 03837 on the pin pad to the left of the main doors. The pad will turn green and then you can enter through the door on the right (the one with our sign on it). Follow the signs for property management; we are right across from their suite.

There is also a 2nd entrance you can use. Go through the courtyard entrance for Urban German, Occidental Brewing and the St. Johns Clay Collective. Walk up the stairs to Urban German and then come through the glass door at the top of the stairs. It is usually unlocked when we are open but if it is locked, use the doorbell on our sandwich board and we’ll come let you in.

What if I need to pick something up before the next time the brick and mortar is open?

We offer quick and easy curbside and local pickup; submit an order for local pickup and we’ll reach out to you to schedule a time for you to stop by.

How do I know if something is in stock at the shop?

If it’s in stock on our website, it’s in stock at our brick and mortar 🎉

How do I book a grooming appointment?

We host a Bunny Spa with Brad at our shop the 1st and 3rd Sunday every month. We are working getting booking software set up on our website but not quite there yet. Email us or call / text us (503) 332-5617 to book 💅.

Do you offer free shipping?

Our online prices are the same as at our brick and mortar and we allow you to choose the shipping option that works best for you. By purchasing from Alice in Bunderland and paying for your shipping costs, you are helping our small business continue to grow. When we get big enough to offer free shipping, you will know that you played a big part in helping us get there!

A few ways to make the most of your shipping:
– Heavier and bigger items cost more to ship
– Adding more small or light items to your order should only slightly increase the cost
– See real time shipping costs for any product(s) by visiting your shopping cart

How soon will my order arrive?

Our shipping moves at rabbit speed; most orders are packed and on their way within 24-48 hours. Orders received before 2PM PDT on weekdays and 9AM PDT on Saturdays are typically packed and shipped same day. Tracking for orders shipped Monday – Saturday typically updates within 12 hours but can take up to 24-48 hours.

Orders received on Sundays may be packed same day but will not be transported by USPS or UPS until Monday/ Please allow up 24 hours – 48 hours for the carrier tracking status to update for orders submitted on a Sunday.

*UPS packages may be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday but they do not consider weekend days in their transit times. For instance, if you order UPS 2nd Day Air® on a Friday, it may not get delivered to you until EOD Tuesday. Additionally, UPS orders received past 9am on a Saturday or any time of day on a Sunday will be not begin to transit until after 5 the following Monday. Our local UPS will accept packages on Sundays but they do not get loaded onto a truck until Monday.
